These Terms of Service govern your use of Tai and the Tai Control app. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Tai is a product operated by SagauCo Pty Ltd (“SagauCo”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We provide an AI-powered worker that sits on your website and a companion app (Tai Control) to monitor and manage leads.

By accessing or using Tai, the Tai Control app or any related services, you:
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Tai or the Tai Control app.
We may offer a time-limited free trial. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw a trial offer at any time.
Ongoing use of Tai after any trial period is subject to payment of the subscription fees we publish or agree with you in writing.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
You agree to use Tai and Tai Control for lawful business purposes only. You must not:
You are responsible for the content of prompts, configuration and instructions you give to Tai, and for complying with any laws that apply in your industry and region.
As a client, you retain ownership of the content you provide to configure Tai and the leads generated for your business. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, store and transmit that content as needed to operate the services.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers and website visitors so that we can process their data on your behalf.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Where we process personal information on your behalf as a client, we do so as a service provider or processor. You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
We work to keep Tai reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We (and our licensors) own all rights, title and interest in and to Tai, Tai Control, the underlying software, designs, logos and brand elements, except for client content described above.
You may not use our name, logos or branding in a way that suggests an endorsement or partnership unless we agree in writing.
Tai uses AI to generate responses based on the configuration you provide. While we aim for high quality, we do not guarantee that every response will be accurate, complete or suitable for every purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SagauCo will not be liable for any:
arising out of or in connection with the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid us for the services in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) AUD $500.
You agree to indemnify and hold SagauCo harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

You may terminate your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process we provide. On termination, we may delete or anonymise your data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland (and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts) in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date below. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice through our websites or by email.
