Tai is a product operated by SagauCo Pty Ltd (“SagauCo”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Tai is an AI-powered worker that sits on your website and the Tai Control app lets you monitor and manage leads from your phone.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to:

• Visitors who chat with Tai on websites or landing pages using our widget.
• Customers who hire Tai for their business (“clients”).
• Users of the Tai Control mobile app.
• Visitors to our marketing sites for Tai or SagauCo.

It explains how we handle personal information under Australian privacy laws and, where relevant, similar laws in other regions.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information from website visitors & chat users

When someone chats with Tai on a website or landing page, we may collect:

• Messages typed into the chat, including questions and answers.
• Contact details supplied in the chat (for example: name, email, phone, suburb).
• Details about the services requested (for example: type of job, dates, budget).
• Files or images voluntarily uploaded to the chat (for example: photos of rubbish for a quote).

3.2 Information from our clients (business customers)

When a business hires Tai, we may collect:

• Configuration details for Tai (tone of voice, pricing ranges, quote questions, booking rules).

3.3 Information from Tai Control app users

If you use the Tai Control app, we may collect:

• Account details and authentication tokens that link the app to your Tai worker.

Tai may interact with third-party websites, booking tools or payment platforms used by our clients. Those services are not controlled by us and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party sites you visit or connect to Tai.

12. Children

Tai is designed for use by businesses and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information about a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date below. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice through our websites or by email.
